Garlands Call Centres
Gray Associates has been retained since 2001
by Garlands Call Centres to provide marketing and PR services.
This includes conducting a personal PR campaign for Chey Garland,
one of the UK’s
most successful business leaders, overseeing award entries and
speaking engagements and general commercial/product PR for Garlands.
Since November 2003, Michael Gray has acted as PR
Director for the company.
Aspect Software
Gray Associates provides public and media relations services to Aspect Software. Aspect Software Inc is the world's largest company solely focused on providing proven, innovative contact centre products and services that enable the key business processes of customer service, collections, and sales and telemarketing.
VoIPinBusiness
Gray Associates created and operates the VoIPinBusiness.co.uk web site, an information centre and buyers guide resource for UK organisations looking to move to IP technologies for their voice and data needs. Gray Associates provides a broad range of business and marketing consultancy services in the VoIP industry through a network of consultants and experts.
Macfarlane Telesystems
Gray Associates was appointed as PR and marketing
consultants to Macfarlane, a supplier of contact centre and speech-enabled
IVR solutions, in January 2004.
Teamphone
Gray Associates provides marketing and PR consultancy services to Teamphone, a European market leader in deploying next-generation voice solutions for Flexible Working, Business Continuity, Virtual Call Centre and Premium Customer Service.
O2
Gray Associates has been working for O2 and Cellnet for over 10
years. For O2, we’ve written, designed and produced corporate
literature and binder/presentation packs for O2 as well as interactive
multimedia presentations on CD ROM and e-newsletters. Under O2’s
previous Cellnet brand we produced brochures and customer magazines,
including Talking Business and Connect, as well as writing covering
letters, speeches and website copy.
Intel (Dialogic products)
Gray Associates handled marketing and public
relations work for Intel (Dialogic products) for over 10 years.
Our work has covered all aspects of public relations from strategic
planning to the issuing of press releases, editing and writing technical/business
focused monthly newsletters, setting up and attending interviews,
producing photography, writing articles and case studies, writing
and creating direct mail material and press adverts and buying
media space across Europe. Most recently, we have worked on an advertising
and public relations campaign to promote Intel telecom products
in the UK and we are currently engaged in a pan European project
to identify and exploit new market opportunities – especially
in the Eastern European and Russian markets.
Network Rail
Gray Associates provides marketing and creative services
to Network Rail’s Commercial Telecoms division. Work has included
writing and producing ‘lifecycle’ charts and product
inserts and creating an 8 minute animated presentation for showing
on a plasma screen at exhibitions.
POST CTI
Gray Associates is engaged in a marketing and public relations
capacity to raise awareness of the company and to promote its products
to end user and reseller audiences in the UK and Northern Europe.
C3
Gray Associates has been employed on a retainer basis since 1990
to provide European marketing communications platform developer
C3. This includes strategic marketing planning and corporate
identity work, as well as all aspects of public relations work and
advertising. C3 is an Aculab and Intel (Dialogic) partner.
Witness Systems
Gray Associates provided public relations services
to Eyretel, a global provider of voice and data recording and analysis
solutions for call centres, until the company was acquired by Witness
Systems in 2003.
BT Mobile
Gray Associates was engaged by BT Mobile to produce two
customer magazines, In Touch and Cellular Today, between the years
1988 and 1993. This involved writing articles and product information
and commissioning other features, as well as editing, designing
and printing both publications.
Earls Court Exhibition Centre
Gray Associates worked with the Earls
Court venue and the Telecoms Users Association to put together
a conference programme for a major new event entitled Business Comms
Expo in 2002.
Cerebrus Solutions
Gray Associates provided an extensive range of
marketing consultancy and public relations services to Cerebrus
(previously Nortel Networks Fraud Solutions). These included writing
industry articles on fraud for publications across Europe and Asia
Pacific on network-based telecom fraud detection.
Martin Dawes Communications
Gray Associates wrote and produced a
wide range of literature and direct marketing material, including
customer magazine Data Solutions. Martin Dawes ceased trading in
2000 following a takeover. Gray Associates continued working for
the new company, Lumina.
Interactive Intelligence
Gray Associates handled PR work in Europe
for Interactive, a supplier of open, standards-based comms solutions
for call centres, VolP, IVR and other business applications.
Network for Online Commerce (NOC)
Gray Associates worked with the
NOC to revamp the conference programme for its World Telemedia
show, focusing on profitable multi-channel opportunities on next
generation networks for content owners, service providers and carriers.
Connaught
Gray Associates provided marketing consultancy to Connaught,
a leading UK telecoms distributor, reseller and messaging bureau.
This involved strategic marketing planning, corporate identity
and web site development, direct mail and PR.
Elitium
Gray Associates was retained to provide PR consultancy services
to Elitium, part of TCC Global, a provider of telebusiness consultancy.
Elitium is a strategic software tool for analysing call volumes
and for resource planning within contact centres.
Envox
Gray Associates was retained by Envox, a Swedish communications
technology developer, to provide marketing consultancy in the UK.
